Got a REAL GOOD, long workout in this weekend. I have been consistent in doing longer workouts with higher reps and more sets, super setting with short (30-60 second) breaks in between exercises. My morning cardio sessions continue. Right now I'm doing these stairs behind me in the pic up and down 25 times for now. Its a great way to start the day and it fits in my schedule. I need to increase the workout soon because it's starting to become too easy....[leave a comment]
I got a good home workout in last night. I am officially on a new split; my old split that I used prior to transitioning into powerlifting. It's an upper/lower split every other day with Saturday being back day.

Got an early Saturday morning workout in.
1. curls with front & lateral shoulders with kettle balls
2. Overhead triceps using kettle balls with shrugs using dumbbells
3. Pushups, 5 sets of 20 with 30 seconds of rest.
FUN FACT.... I hate pushups. They are boring as heck
Yup... I'm clearly back on a roll now. Got my cardio in, had breakfast at home, meal prepped AND got all the kids out to school on time. REPRESENT C!!! This is my meal prep for today.
