Big Strong Smoothie Time

I had myself another Big Strong Smoothie today. It was full of nutrients, vitamins, and most importantly... PROTEIN! Here's what I put inside it:



2 slices of fresh cut pineapple

1 carrot

1 kiwi with skin

2 bananas

7 strawberries

Ice & water

Made enough to have 2 of these bad boys today. I've been living between work and the hospital this week so I haven't been as active and my diet was not 100% this week so it's time to flush my system out & get my FIT back together.

I didn't make it to the gym this week at all due to my time in the hospital with a loved one, so I'm going to be pulling things back together over the next few days.
