Home Slamball & Kettlebell Workout

This home workout only requires 2 pieces of affordable equipment. With just a $20 Slamball & a kettlebell.

Exercise 1:
Pushups Elevated on the Slamball
3 sets of 10 (or as many reps as you can do)


Exercise 2:
Kettlebell Curls
3 sets of 10


Exercise 3:
Overhead Tricpes Extensions with Kettlebell
3 sets of 10


Exercise 4:
Front and lateral Kettlbell raises
3 sets of 10

Ab exercise of your choice

I am going to try this, but I have a hard time doing pushups. What do you think about me doing the kettle bell parts but only doing regular female pushups.

Absolutely Erica, that would be a good substitution. The main goal is to start where you are and build up your strength to be able to do different variations of pushups in various workouts. But, to get started; do the typw of pushups you know how to do.
