Big Strong Veggie Sub
This is what I mean when I say I'm making myself a veggie sub. None of that old dry and boring nonsense some places make; I'm talking about making myself one of these bad boys right here!
INGREDIENTS
- Mushrooms
- Green bell pepper slices
- Yellow bell pepper slices
- Red bell pepper slices
- Cucumber slices
- Romaine lettuce
- Sliced Onions
- Banana pepper slices
- Whole wheat sub bun
LIGHTLY SEASONED WITH:
- Lemon pepper
- Black pepper
- Garlic salt
I stir-fried the veggies in olive oil, and served them hot on the whole what sub bread. I definitely suggest that you give this veggie sub option a try. If you do, please be sure to let me know how you like it!
