I AM SORE!!!!
I ate shrimp curry and a salad for lunch, a banana, a cup of cherries, and then the rest of my beef stew for dinner. I’m definitely going to keep pushing and I will be weighing myself tomorrow!

My goodness! I’m glad today was only the trampoline and sit-ups. I was supposed to do 100 sit-ups but I could only make it to 30 due to my abs being so sore. I’m going to try to tackle more before I go to bed tonight.
