Just got in from an all day training! Because it was an early training I couldn’t workout right before ending my fast. About to go get on this bike and hit the rest of my workout. But look what came today!! My Planta!!! Super excited about that. Hope you all are having a great day!!!

Tried to post this earlier. This was my all veggie salad. My version of a German cucumber salad. Just Cucumbers and onions. The dressing is tofutti, dill, salt, pepper, garlic and vinegar. Wanted to ease my way back onto the bike. I did 32:44 for 8 mi and 21 laps. The resistance was at 1 and I was like ok, piece of cake! No. No. No! My. Legs. HURT! But they hurt so good!! Lol night y’all!

I have to take it light for a few days because of the stitches from my dental surgery. I don't like it, but I went ahead and did some high rep, light weight left work. Yeah, now my stitches hurt so i probably did too much.
