Asian Pear Salad Recipe

2 REPRESENTSThis is extremely easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

1 Asian pear

2 ears of romaine lettuce

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut lettuce ears into salad-sized pieces and place them on a plate

2. Cut one horizontal slice of each bell pepper, then cut each slice into two pieces and arrange them on top of the lettuce e

3. Cut 1/4 of the Asian pear into thin slices and arrange them on top of the lettuce and bell peppers. You can also fill the rest of your plate with the remaining slices

4. Cover with the raspberry Vinaigrette and enjoy!
