Every year I Barbecue for my wife & family on Mother's Day. This is some of my plant-based portion of the BBQ that I made for myself:

- Grilled corn

- String beans

- Cahokia Protein-Packed Rice covered with grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, white onions, shredded carrots & cucumbers.

REMINDER: I am plant-based, my wife is not. This is the meal I made for her this year for Mother's Day.

- Cajun Catfish

- Grilled asparagus

- Cahokia organic brown rice.

Of course, there were other guests at that BBQ, so here is what else we served.

For the plant-based eaters there was:

- Grilled asparagus

- Grilled Pineapples

- Grilled veggie burgers

- Brussel sprouts

For everyone else

- Grilled chicken breasts

- Grilled chicken leg quarters

- Grilled turkey burgers

- Grilled turkey dogs

And EVERYBODY had watermelon for desert!!!

That is so cool. It is nice how you and your family are able to get a long so well and do so much that allows for people who don't eat meat and who do eat meat. I am going to try a few of these things on my next barbecue. Thank you for sharing with us.

Throw down bro! You definitely know how to throw a good and healthy bbq. I am learning a lot watching how you do things.

If ever I find my way in the USA in your neck of the woods I have got to get to one of your BBQs. You and the Mrs get at it.
