2 GOOD JOBSI'll be starting my workout for the week tonight. I work out before bedtime because it works best for me lol I'm not a morning person. I did do 100 crunches morning after I had breakfast. I started working out with my husband just a few days ago so I'm very sore but excited about this journey.

Excellent, and it is extremely important to know the best time for you to workout. That makes a big difference! Congratulations on getting started on your journey, you're going to be very happy as you start seeing your results.
