Two More Days Down

1 GOOD JOBSI completed two more days. Yesterday and today were pretty good. I did my 15 minute walk with my 100 crunches yesterday. My meals were pretty much the same as day one except for the small amount of sour cream and onion chips I ate. There were maybe about five of them. Today I did squats, Lunges, calf raises, crunches, and jumping jacks. I didn’t get to do much of a walk because work was busy today, but I plan on getting that in tonight after Bible study. I broke my fast today with a whole grain English muffin with jelly. I had some beef stewWith beef and vegetables only, and tonight I will be eating whole-grain toast with some baked chicken and broccoli.
