1 GOOD JOBSMy goodness! I’m glad today was only the trampoline and sit-ups. I was supposed to do 100 sit-ups but I could only make it to 30 due to my abs being so sore. I’m going to try to tackle more before I go to bed tonight.

I ate shrimp curry and a salad for lunch, a banana, a cup of cherries, and then the rest of my beef stew for dinner. I’m definitely going to keep pushing and I will be weighing myself tomorrow!

That is excellent that you got such a great workout in and that you are sticking so closely to your diet. It is completely understandable that you didnt get to 100, the goal is to keep working at it. Excellent job, keep up the good work!
