Great workout!!

3 GOOD JOBSToday was my favorite workout so far.

Jumping Jacks
Seated Rows
Front Raises (dumbbells)
Military Press (seated dumbbell)
Serratus Anterior Wall Push Ups
Planks

So far, I’ve eaten an English muffin and a cup of whole grain pasta with chicken and peas. Dinner I’m eating a salad and a bunless grilled turkey burger!

Plenty of water!!!

I forgot to weigh in but I will do so in the morning.
