I am coming up on three months of Intermittent Fasting, which will be the necessary end of this cycle. While it has been GREAT for my weight loss journey, I am definitely looking forward to THIS! I miss my raw oats & smoothie breakfasts. It's important after a cycle of intermittent fasting that you are smart with how you increase your eating windows and subsequently your daily caloric intake as to not begin gaining the weight you've lost back before your basal metabolic rate raises back to "normal".
