Great workout last night. did pushups while watching a movie with the Mrs., then did the rest later. That's the benefit of having a flexible workout routine.

I apologize for not updating my journal sooner. I am afraid that I haven't been keeping up with my exercising, bur have been walking an average of 5,000 steps a day and am continuing to eat healthy. I hope to be back in the swing of things soon.

This week starting tomorrow I will start trying to run again. I am 6 pounds away from my goal this month. I’m 206.0 give or take and I want to be 200lbs or less by November.

Got my last workout if the week in. Getting stronger. But unlike other times where I judged that by lifting heavier weights, this time I'm doing more repairs with the same weights.

A Cold Morning for a Walk: 12.37 Km (7.7 miles)

Wow, it was a chilly one this morning. I procrastinated a little, but eventually got my butt up and out of my chair and walking. I managed to put in a good 12.37 Kilometers (17298 steps) and got in a few good pictures, too!
