My First Breakfast in 3 Months

This morning is my first time having breakfast since January 21, 2022. 3 months of intermittent fasting is completed and now its time to move on to my next part of this journey. Needless to say, 3 months of intermittent fasting has been extremely successful for me. All in all, I lost just over 50 pounds; was able to maximize each fat burning window, and I am coming off just as my weigh loss has slowed down. What will I do next? I am going back to my standard Big Strong U eating plan. Initially I am just adding breakfast back into the plan while my metabolism picks up again to compensate for the rise in calories. Then I will go back to 3 meals a day for a week or two before doing another round of 20/4 intermittent fasting. #LETSGO!
