Another one. Whole wheat pasta with sliced cucumbers, sliced zucchini, red bell peepers, green bell pepper, banana pepper, and yellow cherry tomatoes; topped off with a little vinaigrette dressing. It was served with a small, side salad made with Oak Leaf lettuce.
