EAT MORE PLANTS!
These plant-based veggie burritos are both outstandingly delicious and simplistic to make. Meeks made them for me two days in a row and they hit the SPOT after a couple of hard workouts!

INGREDIENTS

- Pitas

- Re fried Beans

- Lettuce

- Tomatoes

- Onions

- Black Peppercorn Salsa

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook the re fried beans in a sauce pan on a low flame, stirring as necessary to keep the texture and heat consistent throughout

2. Chop up the lettuce, tomatoes & onions to your sice and liking

3. spread pitas on a plate

4. Add a few spoonfuls of re fried beans

5. Cover the re fried beans with a few handfuls of the chopped veggies

6. Wrap the pitas and serve!
