Fresh to fitness and working out (3+ years) Currently studying for my personal trainer certificate through ACE.
Into gaming, cooking (eating), workouts.
I'm a complete ectomorph, very long ropey arms, lanky. Gaining muscle is difficult, there is only so much ROM before injury risk, so I've been trying to compensate.
Recently I decided to rework my routine by getting into multi-muscle group strength workouts, incorporating dead-lifts, squats, weighted push-ups etc
I weigh approx 160
During good weather I love to do calisthenics in the park, outdoors doing pull-ups, dips, working the rings (great core work!)
