I did arms and traps only last night because I did my chest on Monday. I'm not gonna lie; I liked going into my arm lifts with fresh arms; I might experiment with a different split for a little while.

I did not sleep last night & have been up all day. Rest is important. So I did pushups tonight & will complete my workout in the morning at 5AM after I've gotten some sleep.

Back day (Saturday) was intense. did some deadlifts, lat pull-downs, seated rows and good mornings. I went kind of hard on the deadlift and man am I feeling it (in a good way) today!

This is what happens when you were determined to get your afternoon cardio in despite the rainfall 😂😂😂. SMH, I slipped and slid down that hill for about 4 feet.

This right here is why I love cardio so much! I walked a steep hill this afternoon that brought me to THIS view. You can't get here without walking, and this view (along with the burned calories) makes it well worth the effort.

5:30 AM workout this morning. Geez, getting straight out of bed and pumping iron is A LOT different from going into the gym in the evening when you're up and you're body has been moving.
